Delivery is the normal option
We encourage delivery because it avoids towing uncertainty and helps ensure the machine and confirmed attachments arrive together. For the 0.9T, 1.7T and 2.5T machines, the estimate uses the standard $150 return delivery and collection charge where applicable. The 5.5T ViO55-6B requires flatbed-truck transport, so its delivery price is quoted separately based on the job location. Longer distances or unusual access are confirmed individually. Are the attachments extra?
The quote shows the attachments included with the recommended machine and location. There are no separate daily hire charges for the confirmed included attachment package.
Does the quote confirm availability?
No. Requested dates help calculate the estimate, but Frank or Rick must confirm that the machine is available.
Do I need an excavator licence?
A separate excavator operator licence is not normally required for private dry hire, but every operator must be competent and comply with site and legal requirements. Read our excavator licence requirements.
