The K008-3 micro excavator is not positioned as the cheap alternative to the U17-3 mini excavator. It is a specialist choice where very tight access prevents a larger machine reaching the work area. For most residential work, start with the 1.7T and move up when the job needs more capability.

Northern Rivers delivery and collection
Standard delivery and collection for the 0.9T, 1.7T and 2.5T machines are $150 within approximately 20 km where applicable, with longer distances quoted individually. The 5.5T ViO55-6B requires flatbed-truck transport and delivery is quoted based on the job location. Customer collection from Tweed Heads is by appointment for eligible machines. The K008-3 requires at least 2,500 kg braked towing capacity. The U17-3 and U25-3 require at least 3,500 kg braked towing capacity; for the U17-3, the fully equipped package is approximately 2,700 kg with attachments and may approach 3,000 kg with mud. A compatible, functioning electric trailer brake controller, current full open driver licence and comprehensive insurance are required. The custom U17-3 trailer is plated 3,500 kg; this is a maximum rating, not actual load. Other vehicle, trailer and loaded-combination legal limits also apply. The exact vehicle and collection arrangement must be approved; the 5.5T is delivery only.
